De onde vem a mulher que criou a PODER?
Nasci em Duque de Caxias, na Baixada Fluminense, e desde muito cedo aprendi o valor da educação como um pilar importante, que promove poder real às pessoas.
Poder de escolha e de realizações.
Minha origem humilde, não me privou de viver cercada de amor e cuidado, e desde cedo valorizei as oportunidades, a autonomia e a construção de possibilidades, sendo a primeira da família a fazer um curso superior, tendo entrado pra faculdade de Ciências Contábeis aos 16 anos.
Eu sempre fui muito franzina e precisei aprender a ocupar meu espaço, mantendo firmeza de caráter e equilíbrio emocional, numa época em que bulling não era um termo conhecido ou mesmo considerado.
A mulher que aprendeu a fazer acontecer.
Sempre tive um perfil colaborativo e intraempreendedor, o que me conferiu reconhecimento no âmbito acadêmico e profissional, ocupando posições de liderança, mesmo em ambientes majoritariamente masculinos, como é o caso da TI, onde lidero times há mais de 20 anos.
Na pandemia, em especial, fui responsável por operacionalizar e acolher equipes e clientes, justamente porque como Diretora de Operações, minha função era garantir a continuidade de serviços que não podiam parar.
Foi um momento em que toda minha experiência profissional se fundiu com minha capacidade emocional, para que juntos pudéssemos enfrentar aquele desafio, e nunca minha liderança havia sido posta à prova como nesta ocasião.
